MOCA Store – Seed Bomb – Greenaid
It’s not everyday you walk into an art museum that’s selling seed bombs, like at the MOCA in downtown Los Angeles. And for those of you that don’t know, seed bombs are pellets made out of a mixture of soil and live plants that when thrown into certain areas begin to give life to new vegetation. These particular weapons of grass eruptions were hand-made by Greenaid, which was started by two designers last year. If you go to the company’s website they even have a package that comes with a wooden slingshot, so you can be your very own Dennis The Menace envior-activist vigilante.
