ART PLATFORM Los Angeles – RECAP
Art Platform was overwhelming in the most awesome of ways. So much so, that I had to go two days in a row, because there wasn’t enough time in one afternoon to soak it all in. At one point I tried to figure out if the artists featured in the displays were following any particular trend and I’m happy to report that they were not. However, a handful of collectors in attendance seemed to all gravitate towards wearing really cool circular glasses -possibly inspired by the ones that Carl and Iris Apfel were always pictured wearing [see bottom of post for photo reference]. I can’t wait for Art Platform to happen next year, so finger’s crossed it will. Please note that not every gallery is pictured below, for full coverage of the event check out the following articles: http://argotandochre.com/?s=art+platform&submit.x=0&submit.y=0
